When we receive an enquiry from you, we arrange an appointment to meet you to discuss your requirements and the options that are available to you. It is also important to carry out a site survey to ensure that the intended position of your marquee is suitable and that there are no obstructions or access problems.
We can provide help and advice on your marquee site, if required.
Once we have agreed a specification with you , we will produce a quotation detailing your main requirements and any additional items that you may need.
If you decide to proceed with a booking, we require a non-refundable deposit of 25% + vat, of the total amount.
When we have received your deposit, we will send you a receipt and a booking confirmation detailing the equipment to be supplied along with agreed dates for erecting and dismantling your marquee.
If you need to add any additional equipment after your deposit has been received, we can usually add this to your final invoice.
Our final invoice for the remaining balance will be sent to you about a week before we come to erect your marquee. Payment is required by the date the marquee is erected.
If you would like to pay for your marquee in installments before delivery, we are happy for you to do so.
